• Are My Tickets Refundable?

  Due to the nature of this business Scalper.com does not offer refunds. All sales are final. 

  There are circumstances where an event may be cancelled by the performer or venue.  In that instance Refunds would be issued by the venue or performer.

• How long will it take to get my tickets?

  Delivery

  Typically it can take about 1 week for you to receive your tickets.  Tickets are normally shipped out via FedEx.

  Same Day / Next Day Events

  During the order process you will be given pickup or delivery instructions in the event that your show is a Same Day or Next Day order.  We have affiliates in all major areas to fulfill our orders.
